Greetings Holy Name Families,
Holy Name offers the following CYO Athletics for all HN students. Below is a list of sports we offer for 3rd grade to 8th grade boys and girls. We're looking forward to the athletics seasons starting in the Fall!!
Registration for CYO must be completed on your family's TEAMSIDELINE account.

- All dates are subject to change without notice. (You will receive emails regarding any changes to the dates).
- Each week, check the CYO Team Sideline for any updates on the game's schedule when available.
- Tryout: When available, you will receive an email with tryout dates and times for each sport.
- Payment:
- Sports Fee: Holy Name students will be charged on FACTS for each sport that a student registered
Non-Holy Name students will be required to turn in a check two weeks before the first practice.
(Make checks payable to Holy Name School)
- Jersey Fee: Non-Holy Name students will be required to turn in a deposit check of $ 120 (the deposit check will be returned to you after you have returned the jersey)
- You will be charged if the jersey is not returned after the end of the season. The deposit check will not be returned if you are a non-Holy Name student.
